Just wanted to thank Rod Penrose publically for all the assitance he's given me over the phone in me playing with my first aircooled performance bug. Not only is he extremely helpful in advising on even the simplist of things he goes out of his way to make sure his customers are all happy.

Certainly a parts supplier to support in my book.

I'm sure that there are many more people out there like me that cannot say thanks enough.

yeah hes allways helped me ,and most times unpaid help which is un heard of these days,hes allways happy to give advice and as he says as long as your into vws he,ll help you stay into vws

Rod's the man. Hasn't changed his quality of service at all over the years, just more goodies on offer.

dont know how he does it. very helpful AND everytime i rock up for bit's he has a chat, or should i say holds a seminar. hee hee..LOL

... only have good things to say about Rod, always helpful, lots of advice and bargains, and can't do enough for you... Plus when you meet both him and his wife they are both genuine, honest, friendly people.... he's certainly helped get me back into the vw scene...
