Its the first vw show in ages, even if we got there really late in the day.

Took my baby boy, spent heaps of time chasing him Until I bought him a car, then he let me check out some real bugs...lol

I loved the "my bug" one. So nice.

I'd also like to say how stoked i am to receive First Place in the Riviera Group Choice award!
It was a total shock, and just an awesome award to win. What made it better is that my partner got Runner Up too!

Thanks to everyone who came along on Sunday. Despite the weather doing its best of dampen our spirits (pun intended ), we still had a fantastic turn-out. Apparently, throughout the time we were at the show, it was pouring with rain in all the surrounding suburbs, but somehow we only had a couple of light sprinkles which were so light that they didn't even have people moving toward cover.

Congratulations to all the trophy winners (and please accept my apologies for the slightly confused presentation - we have already taken steps to ensure that that does not occur again next year!)

I must have turned up too late after lunch, not many of the pictured cars were left there....but I was still fairly impressed with the turnout, so must have been much better in the morning!
