It's with great disappointment that this shit still happens. Today at Day of the VW, somebody stole one of the centrecaps off my car. They were all on the car when I arrived/parked. If anyone shows you a cap as shown on the photo,please let me know. They are impossible to obtain if you don't own a set as they are numbered worldwide. These are the only Der Steiner Rads in Australia. I would appreciate anyone to provide me any info to have them returned.

why do they do it, respect doesn't happen automatically these days, you have to earn it by doing something stupid (what they think is cool by their mates).... they probably think it is so cool when they steal from others... Last time I had a bit to do with the research, about 7% of people are what can be determined as "scum" (its a technical term).

There was a toerag or two there this year unfortunatly as there was some vandal damage done in a couple of the mens loo's. Smashed loo roll dispensers and setting fire to the soap dispensers. Go figure??? What sort of a f**ckin maroon gets off on doing that? Took a little the gloss off a good show for me getting this call today. Unhappy Racing Club and a $600 bill for the VW club.

Anyway mate I hope you find that cap. The shit that knocked it off might be better to post it back to you and maybe avoid some caps trouble of his own hey.

They only ever do it when they think they aren't going to get caught - which is why I now have two IR cameras along the front of my house.

that really sucks if its any help the centre caps were still on there about an hour after you arrived.
I can't understand how some one could have taken them as you were parked in a fairly busy area surrounded by people walking to have a look at all the cars/or going to the food/drink stand

I had a 69 karmann cabrio beetle that some scumbag cut the roof up to get into the car...the whole roof had to be replaced....this took ages.....anyway hope this makes you feel a little better...what about casting or copying one of the others?.....if you can post a pic maybe I can help....z
