since it is the $395 plate, it will be 3 letters and 2 numbers.

NOH 20. The devil will be in the middle of the letters and numbers, not where you want it.

Since you already have the NOH20 plate, I think it only costs like $40 to get it reprinted as a different theme. Not sure though...

They said that it could not be done....
so i might just keep my tropical plate.
