hi everyone,
i need advice on this tyre size 195 65 r15 radials
will they go onto my 65 type 1 with 15 x 4.5,
or will ihave trouble eith side wall bulge or turning dramas???

i would have to say not good. simply too wide for the rim.

The table in the link belowe indicates minimum 5.5 wide and optimum 6.0 wide for 195/60 15, so it looks like your 4.5 rims are too narrow (or your tyres too wide, depending on your point of view).
