well my vw is due to be on the road on monday..
and it has been a very fast moving thing due to me smashing up our family car and needing the old girl on the road asap.. and what a nightmare its been getting her there..
after 4 trips to the guy to fix her rust he didnt fix it right the first 3 times and many many $$$ later and not to mention the fact the knob set the old girl on fire and burnt a huge whole out of the carpet in the back but thanks to some very lovely ppl ive met up here on the central coast she will be the every day driver.. well she will be untill my belly gets to big to fit behinde the wheel cos ive also found out im expecting aother baby so the poor old girl will have to go back to being my fun car so we can get a family car big enough for 3 car seats..

well thats my rant and good news..

god he did do a shocking job on the rust ,,,good luck on monday mate

yeah i wasnt to happy with having to take it back to him 3 more times and now i have to fix the dodgy job on the back myself... the worst part is that i paid him to repair the floorpaan rust and all he did was bog it and then put blackjack stuff over it.. i took it for blue slip 4 times.. then the guy doing that got the shits with me cos it wasnt done right.. the ass then called my car a heap of crap but no matter what anyone saysi digg my car

thanks for the luck.. all i have to do is pick up the green slip its all paid for so thats good only one that might stop me is the RTA

why are you worried about the rta? once you have the blue and greenslip you only have too pay for the rego ,they cant stop you if you have them, if they have a problem its back on the blueslip inspector so youll be right mate

i dont tthink ill have a prob at the rta but you never know .. im trying to to count my chickens before they hatch.. so many things have screwed up in the past 4 weeks its just my luck .. lol

If the mongrell did a crap job like that on my car, specialy the floor pan as you described, I'd have fair trade on his arse quicker than he could turn round, these blokes have to learn a lesson, sick him Rex.

maybe you should go and ask for a refund then as donn says sick em rex ,,,,,was it a qualified mechanic or smash repairs or just a back yarder ?

yeah i know thats the plan if if even dares come looking for the other $200 he thinks i owe him and thats after i already paid over $300 the first time.. yes he is qualified smash repairer so if i was him i would think twice before comeing to my house cos i will sick rex (the mrs) on to him and when she lets fly there is no stop comand.. lol

but today i am happy she is back on the road new plates and all, and i got mad as plates too i couldnt have got better if i picked em myself i dont think... AT-07-NV lol the at is cool cos me = teya and mrs = Andy lol

hey teya good to see it'll be back on the road soon,i use av gas in woy woy for my rego,they are very good,they are a blue slip garage if needed again,i'm only up the road from you @ avoca......nice choice in colour...but i'm biased...lol
