I work for an advertising company called Experience Lab.  We are potentially organising an exclusive Brazilian themed event in Melbourne for a an international Brazilian brand that is launching in Australia.  In attempt at keeping it very authentic (with the large amount of VW bugs etc that frequent the streets of Brazil) we wanted to try and access a small fleet for a night in Feb / March.  This would involve having the owners potentially drive and pick up a group of 20-30 VIP's in the Melbourne Metro area and dropping them to the launch event that would be in the vicinity.  

Can you outline if this would be possible in any way? If so who should I contact to discuss this with??

Have spoken with Alice and her requirements are pretty much as she states. Still in concept, but Brazilian product launching here, lots of VW's in Brazil, so need a VW presence to give it the feel. 30 VIPS to ferry round (inner Melbourne), so how many dubbers we got? They're intend to pay those participating.
I'm not putting my hand up to pull this together, simply putting it out there to see if we can help each other here.
