It was wet, so there was plenty of sideways action on the track!
great pics and a great day even with the rain
The first two shots are great action shots. Jak and Paul weren't afraid of the wet!
I like the kombi beach display at the show and shine.
Thanks for posting the pics.

Well the weather doesn't help, but it was good getting out there all the same. Maybe 50 cars on show, with a few debutants in there which is good.
The location was a bit of a jaunt, and it seemed a bit disjointed. The food from the shop was shite and expensive, and as the only really food joint,
had a monopoly on shite food. I'm not sure what was planned for kids, however this was non-existant. As a family day, you like to try and make it
that. However, good to catch up with people and chin wag as always.
Good job though in putting on the show, especially over such a number of days, with people giving up their Easter. It's always a thankless job -
so...thankyou!
Here's some of the cars I enjoyed...
Al Hobson's debutant out in the rain. Nice job by Shane and CBB.
Dean's pizza runner again. Keep a look out for a Pizza cruise to Dean's shop in the near future.
Nice front end treatment here.
Darren's split. Always loved this van. Swap ya dude!
Even got a seat out of the rain.
Damo's truck.
Wet Fink.
Garry's sweet ride.
Speed Bump Hit Squad cruising home.
Great shots guys
great to see some new blood out there
Nice pics David and Paul, thanks for sharing.
A big thank you to the organizers of the BUG IN It was a great day catching up with other VeeDub nuts.
A little bit of a shame about the weather. But still a good day..Thank you
cheers Dean...
yeah thanx for the pics guys.

and this...
now the presentation and the workmanship on this car are great, but leading arm front suspension and friction front shock absorbers? Sorry, but I
can't see how either of the latter are a good thing. I wasn't surprised to see it wasn't wearing rego plates.

btw, the olive green ragtop with fuchs was one of my faves.

BTW, if people want the original full size pics of their cars PM me and I'll email them to you.
Sorry to Hijack your post;
I want to know what club allows that so called "hotrod" on vintage plates. The vintage registar must not know the rules to allow this to be on the
road as an historical vehicle. Makes a mockary of the privalage. I am sure the CMC who you are affiliated with would not be ammused.
Thanks for pictures.A sucessful event even if the weather and food weren't kind to us!

Not unusual , there are lots of plated cars out there with dodgy mods, several have engineering papers as well , makes u wonder ,
like how do register a bug with a huge oversize engine ??
beats me how the cops don't Police it.
Where are the pics of the Type 3's?

mate, there was one blue fasty there in totally unmolested form, you would have loved to get your mits on.......no rust either!
shame you didn't make the lap dash too.........
There is absolutely nothing hotrod about the flamed fugly above. That is the most fowlest anything i have ever seen. What is the white stuff on the panel above the engine, snow?? Cool, i also like the accessory blue steel rod. PEWK.
