Whatever the plastic fantastic changeover is today sure beats the US$0.48 to our $ in 2000!!! Roll on with the GB Pound to above 50p as I need it in 2 months time. :yes:

Jeez thats good going. They reckon it's only going to keep going up and up, so it's all good for us if we're travelling or buying stuff from the US.

Pete, generally the bank should find the best rate on that day and use it but then charge anywhere from $20-$30 to do the transfer. Suppose then it depends on how much you are transferring get the makeup of the transfer charge.
