Some days I just don't believe the people around me, some tool at work backed into my VW this morning and I only just bought my car on Sunday.
Now this guy should have known better, were I work if you don't look where your driving you could kill some one (I work at the ports where we have 10
to 20 tonne forklifts).
Now the damage is rather minor but it's annoying that I had to take time to go to repair shops for quotes and do a lot of running around, not to
mention I'll be without my car for a day or two while they fix it, sometimes it's seems as if the worlds gone made when you have to put in the work
for someone else’s mistake, I swear the insane asylums have taken over the running of things.
Well that’s my rant, don’t feel any better about the damage done to my car but I’ll probably be better when the cars fixed.
what do you mean when they take it over
like you i think the world is 90% idiots and i've parked next to all of them
90%??!!!
Bit of an understatement buddy
But man, i feel for ya. Its like not even being able to feel 100% safe that ur cars not going to get defaced by some ignorant prick at the
supermarkets...
especially when u take ur time to make sure u don't swing a door into their ride.
U having to fork out the cash? or the company doing an insurance claim?
bloody hell
Did the person responsible own up to it and leave a note? Would be mush worse if they didn't. My mum got her Corolla backed into twice in the same
street within 2 or 3 months and the culprit(s) drove off each time with out owning up.
Well at least you can discount it being a roo judging by the 'shoo roo' mounted near that savage crump in the bar. Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
Thanks for the posts folks; it's nice to at least be able to chat to like minded people with a common interest. The support and advice I've received
from this site has cheered me up no end.
Special thanks to Kuchster for the offer of a bumper, luckily the accident happed right in front of me so his company is responsible for the cost of
repair.
So I'm far better off than a number of people who out there I'm sure have had their pride and joy damaged on the sly with no other choice but to fix
it themselves.
