really it is quite simple. because you can only read what someone is saying and you can only interpret their tone it is easy to miss read something. just remember that your interpretatn comes from with in. so if you think something is coming accross the wrong way look. b4 you react look at your own mood. most times if your aware of yourself when you re read you could see the point being made in a whole different meaning. because we think every one might be on edge we read that way. if we think everyone wants sex, or love, we would read totally diff. besides i think everyone is nice, loving and compasionate. who else would drive aircooled, huh.

dont be afraid to write something rachael. we all love everybody else. everyones opionion and thought is just as important as all others. just think your in a real funky night club and its my shout.

Good one spook! lets get back to where our roots are, Im sick and tired of being told I cant do this and I cant do that because I may offend some one else's culture, I think we have suffered enough from imported rules! Its ridiculous the law suits that have started creeping into our courts, it's destroying our easygoing way of life, I attend M/C rallys, and a lot of these are folding because of the out of control liability insurance, this may start to have an effect on VW meets like the Spectacular at Nambucca, and others

Well here we go again.
All worried about what we can and cant do.

It's a real pity but this one is very serious for those in Admin. and is effecting all of us in some way.

It is such a shame that litigation is the way some people choose to go, it is affecting all of us in some way. Doctors are stearing away from obstetrics out of fear of being sued, fewer Dr's to deliver babies now. It is a crazy situation.

It would be a shame to see cruises or events being affected. VW Cruises Victoria saught help from the VW Club of Victoria due to insurance problems. That was all happening when I first found the forum, and there was a big debate going on over it then.

Fair enough sue over something which was life threating or majorly life altering in some way, or you have been ripped off in a big way creating financial hardship, but it is the all petty claims where possibly someone could have been more responsible themselves that trickle down and impact on all of us.

We do need to chill and look at our part in the overall picture
