Best in Line Fuel Filter ?

I'm looking to purchase a in line fuel filter for my bug.

What are the good ones? I was thinking Barry Grant..cause they look so PURDY!:smilegrin:

Are there any others I should look at?

dont worry about how good it looks cos the only safe places to put it u wont see it anyway

i just use metal EFI ones mounted under the fuel tank
those clear plastic ones are shit. $2 rock catchers

Yeah use the metal type. I use I think its the Ryco Z64, its common use for the Holdens/Fords and 300ZX Turbo. Only $12 which is cheap as similar looking cost $40.

EFI Pulsars have a nice aluminium filter as mentioned above, the line size is not to big and if you can score the factory click in bracket from a wrecker it looks even better. EFI filters have a finer filter those for petrol cars.

I use the standard Z200 filter as they are only $4 if you have4 newer hoses they fit fine. Good idea to change these filters every 12months or 40000km too.
