I missed a whole load of issues last week,
From what was said to me from somebody outside this Forum : there was an Apology to a VW business - Stated on this forum due to some comments listed here.
Is this correct ?
If so where is this Apology?
I dont particularly want to dig up the comments made about the Business , especially because I use the Bussiness in question and find them to be " Exemplary, always done good work with fair cost".
But I was keen to see if some kind of apology was listed here.

Yes, I've had more details in the form of a particularly upsetting e-mail tonight, to which I have responded.

If you're in contact with them, let them know that we are still awaiting an actual solicitor's letter.

I will not say more until I've had a response from the person / business involved.
