Help with chassis ID please

Right from what I make out the chassis number reads
197759888
If anyone could help identify the chassis be much appreciated.

117 000 001 to 117 844 892 = 1967 model

197 000 001> should mean it was Australian made

yep its a 67 model

does it have rear seat belt mounts

does it have sunvisors that pivit from the outside roof rail
