This photo was taken at Powertune at Gladesville in 1981. Adrian Corvisy (the owner) is on the right.
Steve Carter is on the left!
Nice mo's!
I bought my 1st hottie VW parts at Powertune in '79 - '80, I remember talking to Steve over the counter, and buying a full set of Powertune Flaired
Guards for my '69 Beetle.
Still have a catalogue here somewhere, it was a cool shop.
Looks a bit different these days
Corvisys hair is plastic
It's ready for Mardigra, all they need to do is take their shirts off!
nah..................CANT be!
just noticed - the boat isnt there
cool photo.... they look like the same dudes in a movie i was watching the other night... they where over to 'clean the pool' ....
Hi
How embarrassing, that must have been about 78 or 79, hence the mos.
Steve
Ha
Adrian looks like Freddy Mercury
Always thought he was a bit sus
maybe it was front for a porno movie shop
those 'flavour savers' are just great
i grew up there ! well grew older and used to skate in the front of that workshop around 88-onwards and i went in one day and there was a set of webers in the glass display i remember asking how much and he said $1000 bucks i walked out thinking what a tosser but that was reallity i guess lol
Steve,
'Were they simpler times back then? were the Sullivans on TV?"
Cars appear to be driving in Steve's right ear and out of his left!
Cheers,
David

Hi
I do still look like that, but you can see the damage that too many beers etc does.
Steve
I'd like to see you get into that t shirt again.
