I will be there at 8.00 - it is a 1/2 hr drive from there so if we leave by 8.30
You can get coffee, break fast at 5 dock in one of the cafe's and we can cruise from there

Pod,

Bugger
i went with both beetles, got there round 130, barly any one was there! SADFACE!!!
Took the lovely wife for a drive on Sunday morning to check this out. We got down there at about 9:30am and left at about 11:30am. Nice little
collection of bugs and busses. It was my first foray into the vw scene, but I was very impressed with the quality of some of the cars that turned up.
I've never seen so many ovals at once.
Seemed like a nice friendly crowd. Great day for it too.
Looking forward to the next one, as it was a nice morning out.
Nikos.
It was a TOP DAY
perfect weather
5 of us cruised down - lots of stares and waves.
One poor girl got belted 5 times by her "punch buggy" playing boy friend
It is a great place to get the passing crowd and those with kids can have a play by the beach
Great just to catch up with peoples without the "show" pressure

bit disapointed on the number of swappers this year certainly down
oh well theres always next year
fXXking ebay thats where all the swap meet stuff is going
I agree zjm, need more swapmeets i love em.
Sorry i missed it, had to work....perfect weather for it too!
We had a good day there too, picked up an exhaust some more wheels for Nev, my mate picked up the '62 rag top beetle. Great spot for it too, handy
to us and scenic. I can't wait to get the beast on the road so don't have to park the barina off in the distance.
I tell my daughter that we have to suspend the rules of 'punch buggy' when we go to a VW thing otherwise it just turns into a slug fest
