If you are in Melbourne,
Centre Rd Car wreckers (self serve) had a fasty a while ago with pop outs. Some klutz smashed a window in an attempt to remove it but the rubbers were still there last time I checked.

I managed to salvadge the hinges for my retirement fund but couldn't remove the glass without breaking it.
Apparantly the guy after me couldn't do the same either!:no:

Forgot to undo the 4 screws which holds the bendy glass rubber into the body did we??

Go for the new stuff from ISP. Has to be better than trying to make it from some non genuine section. Cut the inside lip from the old rubber to lessen the chance of any breakage. It'll work out cheaper in the long run as well as look right.

Nope. I realised that the glass ain't coming out unless the rubber got cut (never knew about the extra screws until now), so I just took the hinges for myself (unbolted of course). I went back the following week and one window was busted completely so I am assuming that someone tried to salvage that which I could not.

Stupid thing is that I don't even own a Fasty???:dork::dork:
