Can anyone convert a PDF file of my company logo into a Vector EPS file for me??
Really not sure what graphics it is but i am trying to get door film made up and this is how they want the logo

PDF's convert directly into paths when dragged into illustrator, should be a walk in the park.

nah, it was a bitmap.. i did have my fingers crossed tho ..
Buggy Brad found a program (web based I think) that converts images into vectors. It's amazingly good, he gave me a demo. That way you can draw anything, scan it, then convert it to a vector so that it can be cut by a laser / plasma cutter.
vectormagic baby, greatest thing even invented and craps all over illistrator etc.
I was a sceptic but now it has become the first bit of Software I have bought in a long long time.....

Adobe can have vector or image content. If the pdf is made from a vector, then adobe can save it back to a vector. If the pdf was made with an image,
then adobe will only be able to convert it back to an image.
From what warb said, your pdf is of an image.
So you need a program to convert an image to a vector. The program Brad linked can do that.

this logo was mainly text and some curves, just needed a retype with the correct fonts, cant vectorise fonts from bitmaps, comes out shit, imho..
