need some panel work any ideas who to see to get her fixed thanks
nasty. are you thinking of returning them to stock while getting it done?
Yep return to stock and remove what looks like 5-10kg of bog on each wheel arch.
Mood: Getting ready for next show? You were getting ready for todays show b4 the fibreglass got knocked out of the 'sail'. Perhaps they should call them 'wheel ouches' instead of arches. Yeah, pretty sad beginning of what should`ve been a great day considering the effort you & (R) put into it. So,couple of Jd`s later, the mind has settled down somewhat & now the ideas you`ve had going on can be put into practice. At least now you know just how the flares were made. A couple of weeks time & hopefully all this will be sorted. cheers
A sad beginning to the day mate, idea's flowing thick & fast......should come back better than it was if i know how you think, time heals all wounds. Noddy.
Might need to see a boat repairer with all that fibreglass and resin. How did it happen, the usual brick letterbox while reversing?
tell you what, just thinking, if that's how they did the guards, makes you wonder...HOW did they do the headlights?!
head lights are only porsche 911 lenses so no problems there, what im asking is who is a good for repairing the car
just the stripes to go
Looks like You need a fibreglass specialist...
Maybe someone on Here can help You....
Did look good before...
Yes, after looking again - looks like two pack plastic putty..
if done properly - looks great...
Lee

just playingwith stipes now
certainly is different.
The car is looking great Mate. My personal opinion, the stripe does not do anything for the car specially the bottom bit. It doesn't follow any of
the body lines and kind of ruining the look. But that is only my opinion. Post some more pics of the car from far. Would love to see more of it
Raf
i agree with raf, ditch the stripes, doesnt suit it, can i ask where you got your wheels from?im after a really deep dished 4 stud mags to suit my ghia, i also have majorly flared guards on my yellow ghia, cheers
after a nice repair its a shame they couldnt put that stripe on straight for you at the bottom. its hard to find a good help these days
no stripe it looks mean as is
some shots from a distance
The horizontal stripe certainly looks better. The car sure is different, but cool
I love customs, and I love HUGE racing flares, but there something about the rubber ended 911 bumpers that leave me cold. Reminds of rubber nose MGBs.
I reckon you should think about ditching them and go fully for that early 70's sports sedan look.
Uuuuuummmmmm.I love Porsches,I love KG's.Do i love this????
I sorta cant decide!
Think i do like it actually.
Hafta agree with Pete though
Awsome work mate
thanks for the great feedback much appreciated
I think it looks great....
and i like the Porsche bumpers with the rubber ends...
as I liked those models better than the Early ones...
Lee
