HOt off the press..cash rate is now 5.25% and CBA have just announced their cutting rates to:

Standard variable rate: 7.74%

Basic Varaiable rate:7.23%

These rates come into effect on Monday the 10th November 2008.

Expect other lenders to follow!

Also there is talk of another rate drop next month!
