No Pete, just need a break will still be doing as many open car shows as I can (wife permitting) I just feel the VW seen is over it, and its time to move on, as the main stream car seen still apreciate the effort I have put into the custom work.

Is this show just for Flat 4 members with an invite to other Volksy clubs if they were interested?? Are most of the cars inside Flat 4 members or a mix?? these pics don't really show a lot of cars in there or not as many as I would have thought.

Were there many more cars than shown in Your pics PB??

I would say MOST of these VWs are the elite Show cars

I like to see them, but I don't think they should keep getting the trophies...

there are many VWs I've seen at shows once...
and never see them again....

I always wonder what happened to them...
stuck in a shed somewhere maybe....

I remember a LHD 67 beetle a fellow drove around Europe then bought the beetle back with Him...
was white... large glass... sloping headlamps etc.

and the German white beetle sold in Sydney in 1968
and was a standard beetle same as the above beetle..
had white 1/4 window frames and blinker covers.
all receipts were in the glovebox...
