anyone know if the owner & son of the orange 75? L with porsche wheels & sherman discs is on here?
Here's a few pics I took today...
got any more pics of Brownies Baja ?
^ ditto to that
Is it still owened by Brownie? It was for sale a couple of years ago, not sure if it sold.
It has an interesting rear end in it. Air suspension with what look like Kombi hubs....
http://www.manxgallery.org/gallery/albums/album625/100_4767.sized.jpg
Anyone know anymore?
Car is now for sale. Rear end consists of Renault 5 speed tranny, air bags all round, adjustable tough dog(? I think) shocks, disc brakes, IRS with
adjustable camber/castor etc to set it up just right.
Car is super strong and as near as unstoppable as you could get. Brownie's contact details are found on the coastwatch website for more info.
A lot of people spent a lot of time on their hands and knees under the car looking at how it's set up with some bewildered at what they were looking
at LOL.
I have one other pic which I will post up when I get home from work tonight.
We enjoyed ourselves yesterday thanks to every one who was most hospitable
Here are some convoy pics http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewAlbums&frie... then click on the folder " Gold Coast Show
2008 "
All the dodgy photo's we're taken by Dy
Some awesome pics from you guys
Brownie said he wanted $30k but spent $70k :O
He's probably spent over $70k on that car. So asking 30 for it to me seems pretty damm good. It does have the best of the best goodies on it. You only really appreciate the engineering in the car once you stick your head underneath!!
I hope he gets the 30K for it, it's a beautiful piece of machinery.
ive never noticed b4 how much a T34 looks like a cane toad
Gold Joel absolute gold!! the thought did cross my mind when posting the pics up but it was late and I was getting rather tired....
