I strongly considered it all last week. Even friday night when I was putting in my fuel tank, carpets, seats and esky I was wondering if I could still go.

The boys, my son Chandler and his school friend Ryan were arguing in the back ground and I though that I couldn't put up with that for 5 hours in the car.

We (I) decided to go camping nearby instead. We visited Wellington and checked out the caves, Lake Burrendong, Mount Arthur.

I wish I could have made it. Make sure you post plenty of pics and stories fellow dubbers.

Literally just walked in the door at home after a great weekend in Albury

Will drop film in tomorrow for pics to be put onto CD, so hopefully some pics up tomorrow night

Six of us cruise up and back together from Melbourne, others joined us up there. I think on Saturday we kept crossing paths with the Sydney siders.

Had fun at the '60's party (Where did Fern Man come from again? Fern Man, Fern Man!!!!) Hey Albury Backpackers is a very cool place if you're ever passing through and need somewhere to stay. Those wood fires outside were excellent, soooooo warm, especially for those who wore the mini dresses. Yummy

Hey a new title for Jay 'Audrey Hepburn Incarnate' (minus the tiara)

Didn't count the Vee Dubbs on Sunday but the pics will show all. We had all Types covered and had a very sweet cruise to Beechworth. We wandered the town, shopped, lunched, then had a drive and a short hike down at Woolshed Falls.

Hey it was a great relaxed, social get together. Non stop chat amongst the group, with some grazing and drinking, and film going thrown in

Dave, thanks for having us up there and showing us around your home turf.

Well I'm out of here to do my washing, feed the dog, and write an article on myself which I have to get in tomorrow for the next YHA mag
