I will be relaxing the rules for acceptable usernames quite considerably - in fact nearly every character you can type on a keyboard will become acceptable. However, as part of this change:

* Usernames will no longer be case sensitive. This should be no issue for most of you, but it will be a change to some of you. If you find yourself locked out, please use the Contact Us link above, and I will try to help you out with a new username.

* Historic usernames with spaces in them will work again if they didn't to this point

I've caught up on the current back log of resets. During this, I found a bug with folks with spaces in their name. I will be trying to correct this issue over the weekend. I will be testing various accounts, and fixing others. If you've got an account with a space in it, and do not have trouble today, that's cool - you'll still be okay after this.

If you have an old username that has posts in it, please use the Contact Us link, and I will try to merge your accounts.
