PHOTO SHOOT WITH FASTY - then fun! :)
GTMac - December 7th, 2008 at 03:43 PM

Finally got around to doing a photo shoot with my mate. He is professional photographer but more used to travel, furniture, clothing and food shoots. He found a great warehouse for the day and then some fun using the ready made skid pan from the night before rain. Camera but no video, if only I knew there was water................next time.

I think basically any car would have looked good in this environment. Great location. Will go back and get some more closer up stuff of engine bay, interior and wheels/brakes, the typical car magazine stuff. These are the shots I will display in the house.

VWCOOL - December 8th, 2008 at 12:43 PM

yeah you should put it in a magazine!

Turbo54 - December 8th, 2008 at 01:11 PM

1st shot is gold, you should darken the highlights on the windows in shot 3. It wouls be less distracting but great car/ location and light. Nice that the water was on the floor. We have to donate to the Country Fire Service to have that done at work.
I have somewhere similar here in Adelaide, I hope they don't knock it down before we get to shoot in there.

Thanks T54, yeah I agree about window reflections in 3rd shot, didnt help with popout either as it distorts more due to the flexi glass when open.

More rain forecast so maybe back down there this weekend

And this week end take the sexy girls with you and hang one over the bumper bar. then you wont notice the window reflections :crazy::lol:

Just a suggestion - experimenting with cropping changes the composition and feel of your already fabulous pics, and you get some very unique results (the images are great already, but like i said, suggestion only) - muck around a bit and see how you go - here are some of my examples.....cheers

jedidan - December 8th, 2008 at 09:45 PM

or something like this ?

68AutoBug - December 9th, 2008 at 04:14 PM

YES

EXCELLENT PICS

I wish I could do something like that.... lol

I agree, You should be able to delete the reflections in the glass.. - somehow.....

cheers
