Why has my number of posts dropped?

Not that i really give shiat just curious why my number of posts have dropped in the matter of hours i was 400 and something now im only 300 and something?

I am guessing you post in buy and sell a lot... I did a prune in teh buy and sell section of posts that had been static, ie not added to in the last 150 days. Anyway if you had posts pruned you would have lost them from your count.

Is there anyway to stop this happening, especially for those who don't pad?

yes you can stop it happening. I only do it on th 4 sale section as it is the only date driven part of the forum. No other sections get modified.

How to prevent loosing posts - well don't pad in the 4 sale section would be a good start :P

The testing section is regularly pruned as well. I try to keep it at one page.

This want get pruned cos it's in General Chat and there's no rule about keeping it 5 words or more, or a member not allowed to do two posts in a row

We could use one word replies and still pad couldn't we???
