some pics of motor fest at Tea Gardens today

The usual suspects on a cruise up to Tea Gardens today it was a great day out I won a $30 voucher for the local seafood co-op and a safe valued at $90 and the ureka won best kit car and red62e won peoples choice and a battery pack from the raffles so we did well. Huge variety of cars as well on display.
The beach wasn't far away either it was a beaut day out.

Nice photos. When I first started with my current employer I used to drive a car like the last photo, bloody hot in summer.

I could sleep on the front seat as well.

Good to see the roller parked with the other VW products.

Hey Rose, can you tell me anything about the little pink (ish) car, think it says Loyde on the hub cap, I think I've seen it around raaymond Terrace, always thought it was an old Toyota for some reason, thats if it's the same car.

Thanks Donn the photos make Red look way better than he actually is. :lol:
I had a sign on him that if the looker walked back about 15 paces he looked like one of the best cars there that day. Got a few chuckles.
Tell you what though he would look sooo much better with some damned centre caps.
Been everywhere and even tried the suggestion of spray can caps all to no avail yet !

The orangy red car is a LLOYD- GOLIATH made in Germany in the 1950s.. Made by the Borgward-Hansa company...
