finally some good news came our way today
its been a while now - negotiating a sale, getting all the paperwork in order, dealing with the bank, several lawyers all wanting money but finally today on its third attempt
a little place we've wanted to buy for ages, finally settled today.. HOORAY!!
its on the sunshine coast, just behind noosa in gods own country - queensland
and a little bonus it has a shed on it for me to begin to fill with crap..
pretty stoked atm

We're probably a few weeks behind you in the same thing house wise. Shed isn't quite as impressive as yours, but it's still pretty big and has a concreted floor.

Do the vehicles come with your property?

i took this when we were looking about just before as deal came about
'shed is empty people nuthin to see here'
it just needs a few doors and a bit of concrete on the floor and a fridge for beer and then i'll be stoked
i suppose a house to build will follow but im happy with a shed
yeah pat a hoist is on the 'to do' list

erect a spray both in the corner.......i'll bring the paint.....

the week before valla i had some 300m2 of concrete thrown about the place n now its so awesome having hardness under foot..
glad that little job is outta da way n now gotta get some coin for some roller doors n stock the fridge with beer for passing vw folk to enjoy..
