Scutigera coleoptrata

otherwise known as a "European house centipede".
It is not actually an insect but an Arthropod.

oh cheers, blimey I wouldn't have named it that. It's like a glam rock sort of caterpillar crossed with a daddy longlegs, i'd never seen one before.
I didn't make it move, might do if I see another one.

and their nasty little buggers too, saw one latch onto another bug once, made real short work of him.
