Can anyone suggest anywhere that sells a carb sync tool (ie. Uni-Syn)?
Also, I need to find somewhere that sells a Tach dwell meter.
Cheers

Damo.
Thanks Damo. Im in Newmarket, but I should probably buy one coz i'll be using it a fair bit i reckon..
Do you know of anywhere in Brisbane that would sell them or are they pretty hard to find? I might give Micks ago and see if they have one...
off ebay usa, a lot cheaper even with the postage
Izac, I keep these in stock priced @ $ 35 ea , ROD , 02-42729920 .
hahaha. buy one izac, then you can tune my carbs in the future... hahaha
I think Vintage VW has them for less that $50..............Im sure vw54 can confirm
cool thanks for the info guys.
I might contact Mick motors to see if they have one (and was thinking maybe Repco???) and if they dont have em il talk to Rod or Vintage. Cheers
Chances are repco will have no idea what your talking about, or tell you they dont exist or are not made anymore. hahah.
yeah you're probably right man... but they do seem to stock a few carb bits and pieces so might be worth a call...
I just use a old bit of fuel hose over the top of carby and hold the other end to my ear, works for me
ian, are you serious? do you just listen to the pitch?? sounds like

Pitch = noun for sucky noise
Dude, just pull out the MMDS and update the PCM. You'll be sweet. hahahaha. Modern Joy.
When i went from twin Webers back to stock a few years ago, I sold mine on Ebay. Got $27.55 plus $19.30 air mail postage to the guy in Italy who bought it off me.
i used to use one of those on my kads with mixed results and a lot of fiddlin..one day i read the tune procedure on the aj simms site (don't know if it's still there)..havn't used it since.
I bought mine from USA Ebay for A$45 new including postage. http://www.cip1.com has them cheap too... Have a look at mine on my blog: http://br-look.blogspot.com
Micks motors have them.

yeah that would do the old ear drum much good!
Save your money you dont need one, they make the job more difficult. Kill plug leads and adjust the carbs so both are the same as each plug lead is earthed.
