Well, Sunday was pretty nuts - went to the Pomona swap meet and was blown away by the sheer size of the event. We walked around for at least four
hours and I would have only seen about half the parts in the swap area and about a third of the cars for sale/on display.
The only downside of going to the event was realising how $hit it is not having any money to spend! So many cool cars and cool stuff to get...will
have to save up for next year I think!

Oh! Yes! The Pomona Swap Meet is huge!
I was there in 1998 and in a whole day I only got to see all of it once.
Each type of car is reperesented by not one or two examples, but by one or two, or even more, long rows of each.
If any of you should go there, ask if The Manx Dune Buggy Club is there and if you are lucky you will meet Bruce Meyers.
One of the really nice things was to see grown men towing Little Red Wagons with assorted parts in them. It's become a tradition there.

Ha! i thought you meant pomona up the sunshine coast! I thought what have i been missing out on! Then i put 2 and 2 together... Duh.
