hi, i know both my username and password but cant sign in, and ebay live help says i need to get a new browser window [they sent me firefox mozzilla] to use my original password, otherwise i have to change password or use firefox. have u ever had this issue before. appreciate your replies

Hi, probably 9 out of 10 people have had proiblems with ebay (but they still go on there), but yes i've had this problem before. This was even when i was an active seller on there so not been signed in for a while is not the issue. I tried to re-boot the computer and even contacted admin about it. Eventually i had to re-set my password but even sometimes still not been able to sign in. I couldn't change my username as this would affect my ratings. It ened up being their settings after an update on their part (I wasn't the only seller affected by this change).
Emailing them was more productive than contacting ebay live as you were given detailed instructions on what to do and they could be followed easily. I hope i have been helpful. Take care Donna

Well not problems but there is a guy that sells vw beetle speedos and they are all KPH ones and he says they are all origonal. Like ones for 68 - 72 bugs and it's pretty obvious he is making face plates and they are not genuine because Origional MPH speedos have 5 odometer wheels and the KPH have 6 so there is a hint if anyone buys one of ebay. He is making alot of money out of it as he could buy a box of old speedos for about $15 a speedo , then put a KPH face on it and they sell for over $100. If you dont mind the speedo not being a genuine KPH but still buy one beware the odometer will still read in miles.

my name was on that account, so i copped the flack...
but 3 fraud accounts later, ii'm still going :P
ha! but now with an account under the name of my youngest 6 yr old brother lol. the folks were confused when racing radiators and recond drive shafts arrived under the name of a 6 yr old...
