Fantastic day guys. Very very fast track, add some rain & it was very interesting.
At the end of the day I ended up with a 1:30.8 minute lap, 4 seconds faster than last year & the same lap time as a Nissan GTR (aka Godzilla) CT got a 1:31.4 lap & I don't know what Peter got , but he was just cruizing as his tyres were not liking the conditions.
Big thanks to the VW fans who braved the cold & came to see us, some that hadn't seen supersprints before now think that CT & I are nuts. They were all standing at the bottom of the straight while we drove past literally a metre away from them at almost 6000rpm in top.
It's a major buzz.
