Will the A frame be able to steer the vehicle?

Hi

Its a pretty grey area but I believe that you can, but the towing car must be privately registered.

The car steers fine with an A frame, just don't try reversing.

Towing with an A frame is legal in WA as long as both vehicles are registered.

I've heard that when people from WA who are towing a car on an A frame, behind their mobile home, are in either NSW or Qld (I can't remember which), they can get grief from the police, even though the set up is legal in WA.

I would definitely check with the NSW RTA before I towed anything on an A frame.
