Well, been in sunny Fiji for over a week now, to repair a little mini moke project for a mate, and if it wasn't for the mini legend Matt Reed, I'd
surely be here for another week at least. He has been available on the phone to get around all the many little problems encounted while sorting out a
'rebuilt' car.
Thanks mate :-)
Bula Mat you have PM
Ha,,, no worries Matty, glad to help out bro,,, we`ve known eachother a dam long time,,, & as you well know, you helped me out mega heaps all
those years ago man,,, it all comes out in the wake :-) But,,, you coauld have taken me with you :-) Kidding,,,i`m way too busy to be galavanting all
over the pacific islands drinking Cava & playing with the native women :-)
how`d it end up anyways? is she a runner now yeah???
Cheers guy's, or I should say 'Bula'.
Made it home last night, and at last the half brick is a runner, thanks to the man. Geez it's difficult to get stuff done over there, but eventually,
with a bit of hard work, and lots of expletive's that just cant be repeated, the Moke is on the road. Hopefully rego has now been done and the New
bodied Moke can hit the local streets of Fiji. I now have a few words of Indian and Fijian under my belt, a few more friends, and some great
experiences as well. The cava was interesting too, I usually joined the boys on security late at night/early morning for a few bowls, I do think they
enjoyed the Bundy too :-).
Shame I forgot all about catching up with newoldmanx untill the job was finished, maybe next time. Sototalie (sp) bro.
