hey guys im going to two tone my vdub
im thinking midnight blue and white
or royal blue and white what do u think
would look better
Katrina, why not use standard VW colours ie Sea blue or one of the local blues and antarctica white
Hey Kat, have you tried that bugselecta site? Great tool for these kind of decisions.
Hi Katrina. If you want a lot of contrast between the colours then midnight blue and white would look excellent. If you want to brighten the whole
thing up more you can easily get the blue in a metallic or pearl base to give it much better highlights in the sun. You can do the white in pearl as
well but it will dirty up the white a bit as pearl turns white a bit creamy.
Have fun choosing colours. It's the best bit : )

ian.mezz, i am not sure i understand your posts... your first post was irrelevant because its an orange bug not blue... and everyone knows what a 2
tone bug is
and your 2nd post isn't even 2 tone!
sorry to have a rant but i just had to pull you up on the irrelevance of your posts... hahaha

bugselcta is where its at for choosing colors/wheels ect!
^ my car currently
^^ hopefully like this soon, With new fenders and rear section ...ouch. Lowered + brake upgrades!!! And maybe wheels (hoping to keep it sleeperish and
go for a 1776 - so engine over wheels!!)
^^^ the in the distant future, respray and few mods!
^^^^ hopefully the end result!
^^^^^ then... cut the top off!!! NOT REALLY!!

Black and Red!
in older 60's bug's i think they would look better in the sea blue, but for anything with elephant feet taillights, go the dark blue, dark colours look great on L's!!
