can anyone tell me how you get these bloody door pins out of thew hinges on a 65 type1 rh top has mirror thread??

You would probably need the special tool to take it out
without doing any damage...

otherwise its oxy-acetylene and a big hammer and punch
and 4 hands....

Some VW clubs have a "tool library" to lend tools to their members. You might be a bit far away from one though.
