We're leaving early Thursday Morning but we're travelling down from the Sunshine Coast. But with you going north and us going south I'm sure we'll meet up somewhere (Valla perhaps?)

I reckon we Mexicans are gonna have the last laugh at Valla. Sure all you Qld'ers have sunshine all year round, but when you get to Valla, you'll all be freezing your T1t$ off, and we'll be walking around in t-shirts and shorts!! :P

Sorry dubnut I don't need a lift I was just trying to highlight the problems of travelling with a stranger ......If I go I will be driving up myself in my splitty it just loves the freeways ....
But as Valla coincides with my annual surf trip, it does not look like I will be going..I just cant miss the surftrip, my mates and I have done it for 25 yrs and most of the boys' I have known since Kindy..........We have a ball ........

David, I may be able to take that stuff for you. We plan to be cruising into Albury around 12.30 pm on the Wednesday. If you can tell me the quickest, most stress-free way for us to get from the highway (heading North) to a Shell servo that sells Optimax, then back on the highway, then I'll take the stuff if you meet us there. :thumb

I won't be leaving until Friday night and will be traveling most of the evening to get there in the wee hours.

If your coming through Dubbo on the Wednesday or Thursday be sure to get in touch and have a cuppa.

As it not during the holidays and it's not a long weekend I will have to be back Sunday night. Makes for a short weekend.
