i am going on a two month army promotional course in singleton and it is going to be as cold as hell... (cold as hell, mmmmm probably not the best phrase to use) but it will be bloody freezeing.

four weeks , with 6 21st to go to and nothing that can't be done with a hangover. so lots of :beer:party. other than that i found out i now have an assingment due in the the next 10days

1) Maintenance on the Beetle, tappets, plugs points, timing kinda thing, as well as some new hoses, fix the handbrake, clean, cut and polish
2) Cleaning up around the house, mowing lawns and stuff, cleaning the shed
3) Taking the Scouts hiking for 4 days about 25km North of Briagolong
4) Putting my kombi motor back together and refitting it!! :bounce

I'm assisting with a NIDA workshop here in Dubbo for the first week. In the afternoons of that week I'll be sanding the Dog-O-War down and doing minor repairs. I have a timber queensize bed to build - been sleeping on the floor for the last six months and if I don't build it soon the wife will go and buy a bed. Thats a grand i can spend on a new tapedeck!

2nd week will be a little exploring around town and nearby reserves. Hope to do some geocaching and spend some time with the wife. Might find a pub somewhere with a real fire place, lounges and good port.

Heading to Brisbane on the 12th for a week. The rest of the time, I will be working on getting to Valla with all my toys, and hopefully sometime get to pull the grass out of the garden cos the rest of the plants have dissappeared.
