powder blue with white roof

I personally prefer the darker colours but like a contrasting roof colour.

Good Question.

I think silver with a red interior is safe and looks good. I'm partial to darker colours though that you can get a nice reflection on and show off the Ghia's curves. If I could afford it I'd probably get something like a candy apple red, or midnight blue. Get all the fittings re-chromed/polished, and I think you'd have a real head turner.

Just avoid signal orange like mine,....lol.

Yeah, Ian that's my cars twin, only I've got a cabrio version. Same year model 70, and colour orange.

That silver on the dyno looks the best from the three you posted.

Anyone know where I get get some of those sleek side view mirrors like the ones on that black ghia.

What colours did you have in mind Greg?

yeah mate. That was Thursday evening. Only taken 13 years to get this far.

isky - September 5th, 2009 at 10:06 PM

lol....it was worth it. This might sound like a dumb question but is that yellow the final colour? or is it just another part of the undercoating process?

Yogie - September 6th, 2009 at 02:10 PM

Is that you doing the painting as well Simon? Looking good.
