They are German production figures, so they don't appy to Australia (our Kombis up to '68 were made here). Year-by year Australian VW sales can be found at the Club Veedub website as part of the Australian history series, at http://www.clubvw.org.au/Australian%20VW%20history.htm 

The chassis numbers given are fine for Australian Kombis, as our CKD kits after '68 were German-made, and all Kombis after '76 were fully imported. You can also allow an extra 6 months on the production/sales dates given.
