I went out earlier today and turned the computer off, when I returned I was logged off :-(
Logged in again and then went to another site and came straight back, and it works. Went surfing the net and came back about an hour later, but no
luck.
Maybe not fixed correctly. Sorry to get all excited prematurely.

Phew, and all this time I thought it was just my computer.. glad to hear I am not the only one frustrated having to log in all the time.
The login credentials are kept in what is called a cookie. basically what is happening is that the cookies are overwriting each other (not
expiring).
When i come to the website and login it creates the cookie (8:57pm today for example, with an expiry of 8:57 2011). But when i close the window and
sstart it back up the forums overwrite my old cookie with a magical new one.
What does that mean for most of us, just hold on until the offending code is found.
