Hi guys, Just wondering what you think is a fair price for a genuine vw radio out of a 1970 beetle? unknown if it works or not.... If it does How much, And if it doesn't? face plate is near perfect condition.

Also what engine was in a 1970 beetle? And how much is it worth running?

For what it is worth i gave my 1974 radio away to some one on here
Reckon unless it is one of thos valve ones or pull out ones it is worth a 6 pack of Stella at best

Right, It looks pretty fancy. It has and alluminium or steel chrome lookin face on it, with lifted volkswagen writing on the front of it, Will try to find a pic of one. Thanks for the advice.

My bug is a 1970 and has a twin port 1600. It's buggered though, so if anyone has a cheapish running engine for sale near me, please let me know : )
