nah, she's still working... and its like her boy friend who comes and helps her around the yard and stuff.

It gets a fair bit more over the top than this... like mini hot air ballown with santa on the roof, the roof is carpeted with lights, rope lights all around the border of the property etc. pm me if your in brissy and want the street name :)

Fuck. First Coke, then Hallmark, Christmas decorations up at the local shops, and now lights on houses already. FFS what a commercial enterprise this is. I'm going to trademark the term "Merry Christmas" and retire.

Yep.....you'd deffo hate it in the UK....

Basically it's wall to wall christmas ads on the telly from mid November there (usually start after Nov 5th - bonfire night)

I love the fact that Xmas isn't a huge drama here.

wow.... i find christmas advertising and sales very in your face here.... so it must be wayyyyyy crazy in the uk. note to self, no uk at christmas time.

A couple of years ago we had a dickhead who used to dress as santa and dance on the roof with the christmas lights and music every night until he had a fall and broke his leg.The locals used to drive around looking at all the people supporting Country Energy.
