VW Mechanic required

Hi all!
I am looking for a reliable HONEST good VW mechanic near gold coast or surrounding area. I am sick and tired of being ripped off and taken for a ride
with the ones around here because im a girl! PLEEEEEASE HELP!!! 
Someone
that can build me a good 1916 engine too for my Oval that wont rip me off would be good as well.

Shame there isnt one closer to home but it doesnt seem to be a happening thing! Im so prepared to travel tho if I find one im happy with and doesnt
tell me a bunch of bull and treat me like an idiot! Just a long way to get towed if something happens.. Ill have to upgrade my RACQ membership!! 
Any ideas on the 1916 engine build?

Yep rodger at southside for your servicing but don't mention the 1916 he only does "stockers"Damo at aircooled motor works on the north side of
brissy and matt berry at the north coast both do turn key pre run engines,i can give you a sample of some matt berry 2332 maddness if you comeup 2 see
rodger i'm just around the corner from him.

You could also try dave buttler at reedy creek re building a 1916 hes not 2 bad with engine building i hear

Dangerous Dave is closer to you by the sounds of it.
Roger hates modified VW's and will only work on them if he has to. "it was perfect the way it came from the factory" he always used to say to me
when I went there for bits when i was in a pinch.

Hmm well i might not go to Rodger at all then.. my bug isnt stock at all.. Is dangerous Dave the same Dave Buttler Cole was talking about? Thanks to

Yep Dangerous Dave Butler same one Col was talking of.......thankgoodness there's not two of em.... Builds an alright engine too.
He'll give you some advice on somewhere to go down your way.
I'll send a PM tonight regarding engine.

Don't for get if all else fails you can do it yourself and" F*CK IT FOR FREE" and if you do start doing it your self there is a CLA decal waiting
for you!You could be the first girl in the CLA!

Sorry,The COL LOOK ALLIANCE is a small group of vw enthusist's who drive/race modifided vw's and do most of the work themselves and help each other
out with labour parts and advice and have a lot of fun doing it.Sort of an anti callook thing

AHHHHhhhhhhh i c!! Well I took my oval all back to bare metal myself but thats about where it ended! Wish I could do more myself but instead of taking
up a mechanics or panelbeaters apprenticship when i left school I went and did a chef one so I could provide the food to sustain the workers?? Can I still be in the CLA??
