I want raise a legal issue which may or maynot be of a concern to the forum.

Avatars and signatures do they contravene any copyright laws if we just willy nilly (technical term) download them and add them as our own ?.

DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THIS, but i do believe as long as you are not using the copyrighted source for personal gain or profit. it is something to check up on though, good point
