Interesting history good thing I didnt buy it based on the first version given the comments that followed, but where was the association to seinfeld ?

I like it, very interesting read, sounds like it wasn't a prototype but a coachbuilt.......sort of an early hand made kit car.

Seinfeld has about 20 early Porsches and the article speculates that he may be one of the people that will bid on it.

Yeah, the grill has some similarities but not the same, deeper to start with (from my battered memorie)
