I have been approached by a family friend who has a 1991 T3 caravelle .White blue velour interior one owner and 94,000 klms. Full service history and
immaculate as its spent most of its life in a garage.
It has powersteer is automatic and has power rear views color coded bullbars and rearbar. Floormats cover carpet so its pure seats excellent all
excellent. The aging owner wants to sell and has asked me what its worth. I know its a difficult question andd know all the regular replys ( how long
is a piece of... what someone is willing to p... etc etc ) but he wants me to give him a figure to advertrise it. Any help gratefully received
I was amazed to see that Glass' Guide charges $16 for a pricing enquiry !
One of the best ways to check what people are asking is to look at http://www.carsguide.com.au or http://www.drive.com.au and
see if there are any similar vehicles offered for sale. It so happens that there is a blue '91 Caravelle on Carsguide - they are asking $7990
(dealer)
http://www.carsguide.com.au/site/buy-a-car/search/
and look for Volkswagen, and Caravelle, sort by Lowest Price.
A pity, I was going to suggest around $10K. T3s are really unappreciated, sadly - but it makes them a good buy for the VW enthusaist.

You have seen mine
I paid $4,500 for it
An immaculate one - maybe $10k
But it would want to be PERFECT

clean as new michelan tyres even has central locking If I had some spare $$ it would be mine. Think Ill tell him $8.500 and see what happens.
