a mates just brought a bug for his youngen and they are not sure of engine size. i had a quick look and its got AR which i dont have a listing for. its got an oil cooler set up suggesting its not from a bug but i have not had a really good look to see if it has the bolt holes for a crossmember.

anyone got a listing for a engine starting with Ar?

The "AR" series of engines was produced in 1974 and 1975. Originally, they were 1300 dual port engines developing 52 hp SAE / 44 hp DIN.

started out as a 1300TP in a 74 povpak bug
