I have a brand new set of these carbies stashed at home. What do people know about them?

Yes they are LP carbs. Does any one know how to determine what size engine one could run?
Also I have ideas of NOS shots through this set up. Has also been suggested to adapt to EFI with NOS. What other possibilities?
